Doors of Rockford Since 2002 Barbara Santucci has been commissioned to create a piece of art for the annual Doors of Rockford. The doors are part of a fund raising event organized by the Zion Development Company and benefits low income families in need of housing. For each of the four years, 2003-06, the project will incorporate the different seasons beginning with "Spring" in the year 2003. Eggs on Parade Fall 2002 Barbara Santucci participated in a fundraiser to benefit the Carrie Lynn Children's Center which offers services for abused children. The 2002 egg was sponsored by Hinshaw & Culbertson Law Firm and currently is on display in their offices. The egg was painted "in a whimsical style rendered in vibrant colors."
